Is the sauna private?
Yes, the sauna room is located on the back of our building and it is private. The sauna room has it's own private shower and toilet.

Parking options
Yes! To ensure your comfort, we provide a fresh set of three towels for every guest:
Bath Towel: A large towel for your shower.
Sauna Towel: A medium-sized towel specifically for use in the sauna.
Hand Towel: A smaller towel for personal use or quick refreshments.

What do I need to do before coming for my session?
Please read the guide with information about the room, sauna use, precautions and relevant advise and recommendation.
To get the most out of your session, we recommend wearing as little as possible to allow the infrared heat to penetrate your skin directly. Most guests choose:
Swimwear: A bikini or swim trunks.
Lightweight Cotton: Loose-fitting shorts and a tank top if you prefer more coverage.
A Towel: Many guests prefer to simply wrap themselves in one of the fresh towels we provide.
Note: We recommend avoiding heavy fabrics, workout gear with plastic/synthetic fibers, or jewelry, as these can become uncomfortably hot or trap heat against your skin.
Every booking is designed to be a seamless, "just show up" experience. Your session includes several complimentary amenities to enhance your relaxation:
Premium Towel Service: You’ll receive three fresh towels upon arrival—a plush bath towel for showering, a dedicated sauna towel, and a handy face towel.
Hydration Station: Complimentary eletrolytes or herbal teas are available to keep you hydrated before and after your sweat.
Organic Body Care: Our showers are fully stocked with premium, organic body wash so you can wash before entering the sauna and refresh without packing your own kit.
Essential Oil Choice: Let guests choose a scent (like lavender or peppermint) to be diffused during their session.
The Optional Choices (chargeable): We provide sliders, robes and Chilled Eye Masks if you would like to treat yourself to something extra.
Inner Flow Gadgets (chargeable): We provide post-training recovery and lymphatic drainage boots, and smart goggles for deep relaxation after your sauna.
